| Ask the Experts a Question about Insoles. | |

Due to some knee pain I've been having while running I have had some insoles sent to me for my running shoes. Although this should be a common-sense question, I am unsure as to if I simply put them into my shoes as is or if I should take out the original insoles that came with the running shoes.

I am flat footed, and my doctor informed me that while working out for extended periods of time i need to use insoles to support my lack of an arch. I was wondering which ones work best and are the most comfortable, but also under $20.

I like to walk every evening but my foot kills me the next morning & throughout the following day because I have a heel spur thats been with me for several years now. I tried the special insoles & they don't help very much at all. I don't want to go to the doctor except for a last resort. Anyone have any ideas?

And is it true that after he retired he chose Kobe Bryant to wear the special insoles?
and thats why no one can play as good as Mike except Kobe.
